Rebekah Vardy and Sun nutritionist Amanda Ursell have teamed up to provide health and nutrition tips for mental stability while trying to get back in shape.
They have put together a 5-day meal plan for a mood-boosting diet. Rebekah said “Diet helps with mood-boosting, improving energy and it definitely helped with the baby blues. I try to eat in a way that benefits my general health and lifts my mood”
